Introduction

Welcome to Copper’s Corner! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our fitness tracking application. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these Terms.


Account Terms

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Copper’s Corner
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code


Subscription Terms

Copper’s Corner offers the following subscription options:

Free Trial

  • New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
  • The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • Monthly Subscription: $12.99/month, automatically renews monthly
  • Annual Subscription: $49.99/year, automatically renews yearly (68% savings)

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds or credits for partial subscription periods
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period


Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies
  • For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly or visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases directly


Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app to track or monitor other people’s workouts without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
  • Violate any laws or regulations in your use of the service
  • Misuse our support channels for spam or abuse


User Content

  • You retain all rights to your workout data and content
  • By using our service, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvements
  • You can export or delete your data at any time through the app settings


Intellectual Property

  • The Copper’s Corner app, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Copper’s Corner and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission
  • “Copper’s Corner” and our logo are trademarks owned by Copper’s Corner


Health and Fitness Disclaimer

  • Copper’s Corner is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice
  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
  • We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from your use of the app
  • The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind


Service Availability

  • We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily disrupts service
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Copper’s Corner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you


Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.


Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time
  • We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination


Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
  • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law
  • You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law
