Getting Started

Creating an Account

Copper’s Corner uses Sign in with Apple for secure, password-free authentication:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap “Sign in with Apple”
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate
  4. Start tracking your workouts immediately

Recording Your First Workout

  1. Tap the microphone button on the Today tab
  2. Grant microphone permission when prompted
  3. Describe your workout naturally: “I did 3 sets of bench press at 135 pounds for 10 reps”
  4. Review the AI-parsed workout data
  5. Tap Save to add it to your history


Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Microphone Permission

If the app can’t access your microphone:

  1. Go to SettingsPrivacy & SecurityMicrophone
  2. Find Copper’s Corner and enable access
  3. Restart the app

Workouts Not Syncing

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices
  • Workouts recorded offline will sync automatically when connection is restored

Apple Watch Connection Problems

  • Ensure both iPhone and Apple Watch are connected
  • Check that the Watch app is installed
  • Try restarting both devices if sync issues occur


Feature Support

Voice Recognition

Copper’s Corner uses advanced AI to recognize:

  • 800+ exercises by name (e.g., “incline dumbbell press”, “Romanian deadlift”)
  • Sets, reps, and weights in pounds or kilograms
  • RPE values (Rate of Perceived Exertion)
  • Natural language descriptions of your workout

Tips for Best Results

  • Speak clearly and at a normal pace
  • Include key details: exercise name, weight, reps, sets
  • Example: “Dumbbell shrugs, 40 pound dumbbells, 15 reps, RPE 6”

Apple Health Integration

To sync with Apple Health:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Enable Apple Health Integration
  4. Grant the requested permissions


Account & Subscription

Subscription Plans

Copper’s Corner requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual) and includes a 14-day free trial with unlimited access. All subscription plans include unlimited workouts, full analytics, Apple Watch sync, and future features.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Find Copper’s Corner and manage your plan

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all data:

  1. Email henlo@copperscorner.com with “Delete Account” in the subject
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. We’ll process your request within 7 business days


Privacy & Data

Audio Processing

  • Audio recordings are processed securely through encrypted connections
  • Recordings are never stored permanently
  • Only transcribed text and workout data are saved

Data Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Your workout data is stored securely and only accessible to you
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

Exporting Your Data

To request a copy of your workout data, email henlo@copperscorner.com with “Data Export” in the subject line. For complete privacy details, see our Privacy Policy.

  • iPhone: iOS 17.0 or later
  • Apple Watch: watchOS 10.0 or later

Internet Connectivity

  • Required for initial sign-in and workout processing
  • Offline mode: Record workouts offline; they’ll sync when connection is restored
  • Stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection for best experience
  • Microphone access enabled
  • Apple Health integration (optional)
